1. DESCRIPTION OF THE "MALINOWY RAJ" PROGRAM
"Malinowy Raj" is a program of Malinowe Hotele Sp. z o. o. based in Solec-Zdrój 28-131, ul. Leśna 7. The "Malinowy Raj" program (hereinafter referred to as the "Program") is addressed to adult individual guests who use the services of Malinowe Hoteli Medical Spa and have agreed to receive commercial information electronically and to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes. In the event of cancellation of the above-mentioned consents, the program participant loses the privileges resulting from the Malinowy Raj Program and is obliged to return the card. The program operates based on the provisions of these Regulations. The Bronze, Silver and Gold Cards, hereinafter referred to as Program Cards, entitle their holders to use the privileges described below during stays at the Malinowy Zdrój Hotel, Malinowy Dwór Hotel and Malinowy Raj Hotel and when purchasing Balneocosmetics in the above-mentioned. hotels and in the online store www.balneokosmetyki.pl. Malinowe Hotele Sp. z o. o. reserves the right to terminate the Program, modify the Program in whole or in part, at any time or replace it with another program. The current rules of the Program can be found at www.malinowehotele.pl. As part of the program, Card holders will receive information about promotions, special offers and other important company events. The above information will be sent via e-mail, text messages or traditional mail.
2. CARD DESCRIPTION
Program Cards are issued by Malinowe Hotele Sp. z o. o. and provide the opportunity to participate in the program. The card is personal with the holder's name, card number and card name printed on it. The card is issued indefinitely. The cards are the property of Malinowe Hotele Sp. z o. o. and they cannot be sold, transferred or assigned rights under the card to a third party. The card is not a payment card within the meaning of Art. 4 section 1 point 4 of the Banking Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 72, item 665, as amended). The Bronze, Silver and Gold Cards are the property of Malinowe Hotele Sp. z o. o. and in justified cases, the company may revoke their validity.
To become a Bronze Card holder, the value of transactions completed at Malinowe Hotels per one natural person must be at least PLN 10,000.
To become a Silver Card holder, the value of transactions carried out in Malinowe Hotels per one natural person must be at least PLN 20,000.
To become a holder of the Gold Card, the value of transactions carried out in Malinowe Hotels per one natural person must be at least PLN 30,000.
If, during one of the stays, a participant of the Malinowy Raj Program exceeds a given threshold of completed transactions, he or she receives an appropriate card when checking out or the card will be sent to the address indicated on the registration card. The resulting discounts are only available from the next stay at one of the selected hotels covered by the program. Malinowe Hotele Sp. z o. o. reserves the right to refuse and not issue a Program Card to a person who has grossly violated the provisions of the "Malinowy Raj" Program regulations or internal regulations of any of the hotels covered by the Program.

3. BENEFITS OF HAVING THE CARD:
Program participants receive price discounts on accommodation, catering and other services and products sold and provided in Malinowe Hotels and when purchasing Balneocosmetics. To take advantage of price discounts, please inform that you are a Program Card holder and present the appropriate card:
a. At the reception desk during check-in and final settlement of the stay.
b. When ordering meals in a hotel restaurant, cafe, etc.
c. In the Music/Night Club.
d. At the reception of the Rehabilitation/Physiotherapy Center.
e. In the Spa&Wellness Center/beauty salon.
f. Provide the discount coupon number when purchasing Balneokosmetyki on the website www.balneokosmetyki.pl
In addition, Card Holders have the opportunity, depending on the type of Card they have, to use:
• priority when booking places and services at Malinowe Hotely Medical SPA,
• welcome drink upon arrival at the Hotel - applies to Gold Card holders,
• a bottle of wine in the room upon arrival - applies to Gold Card holders,
• admission to closed events, reserved only for participants of the Malinowy Raj Program,
• room reservation held until 12:00 the next day,
• later check-out, until 4:00 p.m., after prior arrangement with the hotel reception - applies only to Silver and Gold Card holders. This offer may be limited due to room availability.

• participation in the prize draw – applies to Gold Card holders.
The discount for having the Malinowy Raj Card applies only to services purchased directly at Malinowe Hotels (also by e-mail, telephone or via the online reservation system. Price discounts do not cumulate with other discounts and special offers from hotels. The discount granted to the Card holder cannot be combined with other discounts. It does not apply to occasional events organized by the hotel as part of special offers. The discount does not apply to group stays or individual discounted rates.
3.1. PRICE DESCRIPTIONS
Basic Price - standard prices included in the current price lists of the Hotel. Special offers / e.g. treatment package - min. stay 14 days / are not considered a basic price and cannot be treated as a basic price from which a discount for having a Program Card is calculated. No discount for holding any of the Program Cards is granted for such special offers.
3.2. PRICE DISCOUNTS FOR ACCOMMODATION
The holder of the Bronze card receives a discount on services provided at Malinowe Hotels in the amount of 5% from the basic prices applicable at Malinowe Hotels.
Silver card holders receive a discount on services provided at Malinowe Hotels in the amount of 10% from the basic prices applicable at Malinowe Hotels.
The holder of the Golden card receives a discount on services provided by Malinowe Hotele in the amount of 20% from the basic prices applicable in Malinowe Hotele.
The discount applies only to the room in which the card holder lives, and in the case of families with children, the discount also applies to the room for children under 16 years of age living in a separate room.
3.3. GASTRONOMY DISCOUNTS
Program participants receive discounts on catering at Malinowe Hotels in the amount of:
• 5% of the account value for Bronze card holders
• 10% of the account value for Silver card holders
• 20% of the account value for Gold card holders
The discount applies only to people living in the room where the card holder lives, and in the case of families with children, the discount also applies to children living in a separate room. Only one card is accepted per table. To use the gastronomic discount, you must present the card before placing the order, or transfer (in the case of card holders staying in the hotel) the payment to the account of the room occupied, and the discount will be recognized at the final settlement for all services.
3.4. DISCOUNTS ON COSMETIC AND MEDICAL TREATMENTS
Program participants receive discounts on treatments offered in SPA & Wellness Centers/beauty salons and Rehabilitation Centers of Malinowe Hoteli in the amount of:
• 5% of the account value for Bronze card holders
• 10% of the account value for the Silver card holder
• 20% of the account value for Gold card holders
The discount applies only to people living in the room where the card holder lives, and in the case of families with children, the discount also applies to children up to 16 years of age living in a separate room. To take advantage of the discount, you must present your card before making a purchase, or transfer (in the case of card holders staying in the hotel) the payment to the account of the room you are staying in, and the discount will be recognized at the final settlement for all services.
4. POSSIBILITY OF LATER LEAVING THE ROOM
All Silver card holders or Gold card holders have the opportunity to stay in their hotel room until 4 p.m. on the day of departure, provided they inform the reception in advance. This offer may be limited due to room availability.
5. LOSS OF CARD
Any case of loss, theft or other loss of the card should be reported to the Marketing Department of the Malinowy Zdrój, Malinowy Raj or Malinowy Dwór hotels. After reporting, a new personal card will be issued.
6. RETURN OF THE CARD
Each guest has the right to return a Bronze, Silver or Gold card. Returning the card is tantamount to resignation from participation in the Program.
7. FINAL PROVISION
Joining the Program and using Program Cards is tantamount to acceptance of these regulations by the card holder. The cardholder agrees that Malinowe Hotele Sp. z o. o. stored, in a computer database, information on the use of cards by their holders. For this purpose, the following scope of data will be processed: name and surname, address, PESEL (to identify the card holder), e-mail address, telephone number. These data may be used for marketing and promotional purposes based on your consent. Malinowe Hotele Sp. z o. o. does not sell, exchange or rent this data to companies not directly related to the Program.
The above scope of data will be processed on the basis of the general EU Regulation of April 27, 2016.
Pursuant to Art. 13.1 and 2. we would like to inform you that: The administrator of your personal data is Malinowe Hotele Sp. z o. o. at ul. Leśna 7, 28-131 Solec-Zdrój. A Data Protection Inspector has been appointed and you can contact him in all matters related to the processing of personal data at the following e-mail address: iod@malinowehotele.pl.

The Regulations enter into force on February 20, 2023.
